Service straight on point.
Of cause it’s not a pleasure paying for an international return, but I understand why they do it, as they’d lose a lot of money on that. I ordered a pair of frames but as dumb as I was, I new a friend of mine had them laying around unused. But ordered them anyway haha.
One thing that could change, is the ability to contact you guys trough phone: you could sign up for WhatsApp, that would save both you and your customers money on a phone cal ;)
